I am a UX designer who wears a lot of hats.
At IBM Garage, I act as a designer, a facilitator, and a consultant. I help companies frame opportunities and build out product experiences that empower users and deliver business value.
As a designer, I am always advocating for the end user’s needs and crafting intuitive experiences for complex products. I work with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment and my work ranges from conducting user research to creating interactive prototypes.
As a facilitator, I have led numerous co-creation workshops with clients from a variety of industries, ranging from financial service companies to the federal government. I use design thinking practices to facilitate discussions that help clients empathize with real users, define pain points, ideate on potential solutions, and write MVP statements that will help us test our assumptions and deliver incremental value.
As a consultant, I work with clients from all areas of the business, ranging from technical experts to C-level executives, to define business opportunities and make strategic decisions. I build trust and relationships through strong communication and storytelling to support my decisions and show my clients the art-of-the-possible.
I graduated from Tulane University in May 2020 with degrees in Interactive Design and Marketing. If you’d like to learn a bit more about me, please visit me at LinkedIn or Instagram.
