American Airlines’ current group hiring process relies upon in-person events for candidates that often take 3-4 hours to complete, which often feels overwhelming and confusing. How might we help job candidates feel more prepared and empowered throughout the hiring process?
A self-service mobile experience for candidates that provides transparency and communication from job application to day one on the job.
I helped facilitate a three-day design lab which culminated in the design of a 15+ screen prototype that illustrated a potential user experience for AA candidates. I also spent several months conducting user research for the Process Improvements team.
