A SMARTER, SIMPLER WELLNESS TRACKER
Well is an app concept I created that allows users to track their physical and mental health over time to uncover patterns and monitor their overall well-being.
The Problem
People often have difficulty keeping track of their wellness on a day to day basis, and as a result cannot recognize trends in their well-being over time.
The Solution
A mobile app that enables users to rate how they are feeling each day and track any changes in their well-being over time. The app allows users to notice trends and better communicate with their healthcare providers.
STRATEGY
I wanted to create an app that was clean, minimalistic, and extremely user-friendly. I eliminated unnecessary clutter in the design and features in order to make the user’s journey as simple and enjoyable as possible.
Each day, users rate how they are feeling in five different categories that give a general picture of wellness: sleep, mood, energy, appetite, and health. Well averages those ratings to create an overall score for the day. Users can view their day ratings and category ratings over time to track their overall well-being.
WIREFRAMES + INITIAL DESIGN
I began by creating a very basic user flow to demonstrate how a user would utilize the app on an average day. I spent time working on different wireframe iterations for the app screens.

FINAL INTERFACE DESIGN

PROTOTYPE
I created a basic functioning prototype using Principle to show how someone might typically use the app.
MARKETING LANDING PAGE
I designed a marketing landing page to attract users to Well. The page was designed to be simple and user-friendly, like the app, and the goal was to increase user signups.
